Last updated: September 9, 2026. This policy applies to the TravelMint mobile application and related TravelMint services operated by DonAIX.

1. Introduction

TravelMint (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use TravelMint, how that information is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account, TravelMint may collect information such as your name, email address, account identifier and profile information. Authentication credentials are used to secure access to your account.

Trip and user content

TravelMint stores information you choose to enter, including trip names, destinations, dates, budgets, expenses, payer and split information, currencies, notes, bring-list items, activities and trip membership information.

Shared trip information

When you join or create a shared trip, information associated with that trip may be visible to other registered members of the same trip. Personal/private bring-list items are intended to be visible only to the user who created them.

Technical information

We may process limited technical information required to operate and protect the service, such as app version, server request information, security logs and diagnostic information when needed for troubleshooting.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain and improve TravelMint.
• Create and manage user accounts and authenticated sessions.
• Store and display trips, budgets, expenses, activities and bring lists.
• Enable collaboration between registered members of shared trips.
• Calculate budgets, spending summaries, split amounts and travel statistics.
• Send password reset, account or service-related communications.
• Prevent abuse, investigate security issues and maintain service reliability.

4. Sharing of Information

TravelMint does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• With members of your shared trips: information that is part of a shared trip can be visible to those registered trip members.
• Service providers: hosting, infrastructure, email or other providers may process information only as necessary to operate the service.
• Legal and safety reasons: information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide TravelMint, maintain security, comply with applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request account deletion through the app. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security or backup purposes.

6. Account Deletion

You can request deletion from Profile → Delete Account in TravelMint. If you cannot access your account, contact us at support@donaix.com.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect TravelMint information, including authenticated access and encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

TravelMint is not designed as a social media service for children. If we learn that personal information has been collected in violation of applicable child-privacy laws, we will take appropriate steps to address it.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion or other handling of your personal information. You can update certain information from the app or contact us for assistance.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

TravelMint may allow you to save links such as map or activity links. Opening an external link takes you to a third-party service governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy practices. TravelMint does not control those external services.

11. International Processing

TravelMint may use service providers or infrastructure located in jurisdictions different from your own. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to handle information consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or another appropriate method.
